The experience comes from two sales -- our condo residence in Alexandria VA (closed 2011) and my daughter's condo residence in Washington DC (closed in 2012). He brought to our two deals a wealth of knowledge regarding pricing, negotiating strategy, and various options for financing the transaction. When I had to sell my deceased husband's co-op, Brad was recommended to me by my own realtor. Brad provided me the information needed to determine a reasonable selling price. He recommended some upgrades to the unit and personally contacted a contractor who performed the work at a reasonable price. Once the co-op was listed, he had a buyer in a very short period of time. I met Brad by requesting a showing from 3 different agents on zillow around 10pm on a Sunday. He was the first to respond (under 20 min) and we set up 4 or 5 showings for the next day. We emailed back and forth until after midnight to come up with the properties to look at. Brad was very professional, knowledgeable and insightful of the properties we saw. Always willing to explain the positive and negative aspect of each property we looked at. Our first property that we made on offer on was not accepted. However, that prepared us for when we found the house that was a better fit and more affordable. Brad was instrumental in negotiating a fair price on terms that made it possible to close the deal. When the bank had concerns with the property the day before closing, Brad was working behind the scene to get the information necessary to satisfy the bank. We closed five days after we planned, but before the contract was voided, because Brad recommended to close a week earlier in case there were any issues at the end. I highly recommend Brad to anyone who is looking for someone to guide them through the process of buying and selling a home.

Brad was an excellent agent. He always gave very frank and honest opinions, never wasted time with houses that were not what we wanted and never pushed us towards an option we weren't keen on. In fact, he was as often as not the voice of logic and reason. Most importantly, he was very responsive and I trusted his opinion.
